Comment : The accelerating pace of human intervention is believed to cause the decrease in soil carbon stocks.
BUT, their soil data (top 15 cm) presented that agricultural practices can increase SOC storage in the soil despite a warming climate.
Also indicated that the management effect overrides the increase in soil temperature.
